Receptionist
Larissa is the friendly face at the heart of our financial planning team. She seamlessly coordinates the daily rhythm of our team, ensuring a warm and organised environment. Following a career change, she takes pride in being the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the information and service they need. Outside work, Larissa enjoys travelling, food, wine and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Lauren McMonagle
Practice Manager
Lauren, who joined LifePath in 2013, progressed from a Client Services Manager role to Practice Manager, overseeing our client support team. With a Diploma of Financial Planning, her extensive industry knowledge and calm demeanour ensure our team delivers the best service. Lauren values integrity, emphasising compliant, confidential, and ethical advice. Outside work, she cherishes quality time with her family and friends and enjoys exploring food culture and history.
Amy Lawson
Senior Paraplanner
Before moving into paraplanning in 2012, Amy worked in the financial services industry starting in a client service role. Amy holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and enjoys assisting our LifePath advice team to develop tailored financial plans that help each client to achieve their desired financial objectives. When not at work, Amy enjoys travelling, the beach and supporting community-based organisations with her husband and two children.
Helen Milne
Client Service Manager / Paraplanner
Helen has been part of our admin team since 2016 and brings a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. With a strong customer service and administration background, she provides exceptional service to clients. Holding a Diploma of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Commerce, Helen has previously worked with esteemed employers such as IOOF, National Australia Bank, and ASGARD. Outside work, married with three children, she actively volunteers in sports and charitable organisations, finding joy in spending time with family and friends, as well as being outdoors.
Belinda McClenaghan
Client Service Manager
Belinda started as a teller, progressing to a Branch Manager before transitioning to Financial Planning in 2009. Specialising in insurances, investment management and retirement planning, she supports financial advisers with her comprehensive experience. Holding an Advanced Diploma of Business (Accounting), Belinda values attention to detail and customer service. A mother of two adult children, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing Pilates, and indulging her love for reading. Belinda is also a proud State of Origin Queensland supporter for NRL.
Liane Dobson
Client Service Manager
Liane, an accomplished Client Service Manager at LifePath Financial Planning, boasts a remarkable 23-year tenure in the financial services industry. Her expertise ensures seamless operations and top-tier assistance, guiding clients with precision and care to achieve their financial goals. Outside work, Liane cherishes time with her family and dog Leo, and indulges in her passion for playing the piano.
Jesse Batterson
Client Service Manager
With a strong academic background in finance and engineering, complemented by his recent completion of a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Jesse is embarking on a promising career as a financial planner at LifePath. Leveraging his experience in banking and consulting, he offers a unique analytical perspective and is dedicated to crafting personalised financial strategies for his clients. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys immersing himself in live entertainment, including music gigs, comedy shows, and the occasional musical.
Robert Bautista
Client Service Manager
Robert has recently moved from the New England region in NSW with his young family to join the LifePath Financial Planning team and develop into a trusted Financial Adviser. Before joining the financial services industry in 2017 Robert’s studies and work saw him living in Sydney, Perth, and Japan. He brings extensive experience in superannuation administration, and holds numerous qualifications including a Bachelor of Theology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. In his spare time Robert is involved with his church community, enjoys visiting family across Queensland and New South Wales, and is a long-suffering supporter of the Western Sydney Wanderers.
