Fiona has more than 13 years of experience in front line customer service and administration work. She prides herself on being a highly skilled, efficient and knowledgeable first point of call for all clients, ensuring they receive the information and service they need. As a working mum and administration professional, Fiona is an expert in multitasking and organisation, which means she meets the demands of multiple clients
Fiona is a wife and busy mum who spends her weekends with her family boating, dining out and catching up with friends.
Lauren has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in client services for an array of organisations prior to joining LifePath back in 2013. Lauren has a genuine interest in assisting clients achieve their individual financial goals and is responsible for overseeing our dedicated team of client support staff to ensure they provide all our valued clients with the best service. Lauren holds a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Lauren is married with a young son and enjoys quality family time, dining out and gardening.
Nicole has 10 years experience in the financial services industry, working in the client services and banking sectors. She prides herself on providing clients with an exceptional level of service. Nicole holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is currently completing her Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and Bachelor of Commerce.
When not at work or studying, Nicole spends time with her family, catching up with friends and reading books.
Client Support Officer
Peta branched out into the financial planning sector in 2014, prior to relocating from Townsville to join the LifePath team in December 2018. Peta prides herself in being part of a team that is focused on making a difference in people’s lives and where the Advisors are passionate about helping people cultivate a plan for their finances based on their values and goals.
Apart from being ambitious, Peta has good attention to detail, good listening skills, great empathy and is looking forward to her future with LifePath where she can begin building and maintaining trust with all existing and new clients.
Peta has one 13 year old daughter and in her spare times enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family and spending her weekends on the Coast.
Client Service Manager
Tracey’s experience spans over 22 years within Banking and Financial Services including 15 years with national Licensee’s prior to joining LifePath in October 2018. She prides herself on having a unique set of skills to assist the Lifepath team deliver exceptional service to their clients. Tracey holds a degree in Commerce and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Outside of work Tracey is married with two sons and enjoys being involved within the school, club and representative basketball communities.
